I got a new exercise paper last week.
There are these exercises in it:
- Piano Playing: toes go up and down, one at a time.
- Tendu and Croix: you Point your foot and she wants us to know what is the difference of it
- Demi-Pointe balance: you haft to stand on your toes and balance
- Side lifts: you have to lay on your side and lift up your whole waist and legs and make sure that your feet do not touch together

- Piriformis stretch:
- Bug legs(A):
- Three-Legged Cat-V2:
- Hip flexor stretch:
Today I have my ballet practice.
