Some of the New Exercises

I got some new ballet exercises:

  • Kneeling turnout
  • Parallel to turnout 
  • Functional turnout
  • Performance stretch
  • Single leg rises turned out
  • Cat stretch 
  • Three legged cat 
  • Wall press 
  • Gluteal stretch

Some of the new exercises are hard for me because it is hard to follow the moves on the videos.
