Coyote Peterson is in Deland, FL, Reptile Discovery Center. He is going to see a King Cobra and a Gaboon Viper snake. He is meeting up with Mara and Carl. They are going to be milking those two snakes (for their venom).

They are first going to be milking the King Cobra snake. Coyote Peterson is really excited! 

Carl said "The King Cobra snake is a young female. She is about four and a half years old. She is only about ten and a half feet long." 

Then Coyote Peterson said, "wait, did you say only about ten feet long!!??" 

Then Carl said "well yeah for a King Cobra that's not that long. In fact, King Cobra's are dimorphic by size. So males get much larger than females. A male King Cobra is sixteen feet long, but a female King Cobra only gets to about 11 feet."

King Cobras are ophiophags. They are snake eaters, almost exclusively. But in the Reptile Discovery Center, they give them rats to eat instead of snakes. 

They milked the King Cobra. The King Cobra's venom was a beautiful deep yellow. There were four hundred milligrams of venom. Four hundred milligrams of weight is less than 1/8 of a tsp in size. That can kill a lot of people if that snake bit someone!

Next, they are going to be milking the Gaboon Viper! A Gaboon Viper is a really fast snake. If you're just walking in the woods and if you are really close to a Gaboon Viper but you don't even know it's there, the snake will just remain motionless and try to blend in but if you get a little too close then well you are in deep trouble. It only takes a hundred milligrams to kill a person. And it gives out five hundred milligrams of venom!! So that can kill five people!!

Now they are going to see what happens with the snake's venom and with human blood mixed in. And that's going to be Coyote Peterson's blood. They are going to be seeing stuff under the microscope. When they put the Cobra venom and Coyote Peterson's blood together, the blood cells explode apart immediately! The venom keeps drawing toward itself all the good blood cells until they are destroyed. It looks like the red blood cells are getting magnetized in toward the venom.

Coyote Peterson is in Middle Bas Island. He is trying to find a Fox Snake. He also said the best time for trying to catch a Fox Snake is when the baby birds are learning how to fly because the Fox Snake likes to go to the base of the tree because if a baby bird tries to fly, it might fall, and then the Fox Snake will have it as a meal. I feel bad for the baby birds. I love birds a lot. They are so cute.

Coyote Peterson found a Fox Snake! He said Fox Snakes are his favorite snake in the world. Coyote Peterson said the Fox Snake that he caught is the largest. The Fox Snake is almost four feet in length. 

The colors on the Fox Snake is all orange with black spots, and on the belly side, it's all orange with black checkered.

The Fox Snake is none venomous. The Fox Snake is related to the Rat Snake. Coyote Peterson said the Fox Snake is harmless to humans.

I love the colors on the Fox snake it is so beautiful. I have never felt a snake before and I really want to touch one.

 Coyote Peterson is in Costa Rica. Coyote Peterson is trying to find a Cat Eyed snake. He found a Cat Eyed snake. He said the reason the snake is called Cat Eyed snake is that the eyes on the snake look just like cat-eye. The Cat Eyed snake has big eyes and it has great vision. 

The top of the Cat Eyed snake is all brown with black dots and on the belly side is all white. 

My favorite snake might be a Cat Eyed snake because it looks like it has cat’s eyes and I love cats. And I love its color. I really wish I could have a snake because I would like to feed it and I would maybe take it out of its aquarium and hold it. I am not that scared of snakes. I am only scared of snakes that are venomous because I don't want to take a bite or else I would have to go to a hospital. 

What the Cat Eyed snake eats are little frogs. The Cat Eyed snake looks just like a leaf. So if a frog was just sitting on leaves and it didn't notice the snake the frog would be eaten. 

The Cat Eyed snake is venomous. The snake looks like it's one and a half feet long.

There is a new Coyote Peterson video called "You'll Never Guess What Lives in Here".

Coyote Peterson is in West Virginia. Coyote Peterson and Mario are looking for snakes and other animals at an old broken barn. 

When they got there it was raining and then it stopped. Mario said that it's a great place for going and looking for animals because the animals are looking for shelter under old wood and old sheets of tin scattered all over from the broken barn. The reason why the animals are looking for shelter is that it was raining for a while and it might start to rain again. 

Mario found a snake it was an Eastern Black Kingsnake.

what I like about the Eastern Black Kingsnake is its pattern. Its pattern is all black on the top and its all-white on the belly side. It's really cool to see an Eastern Black Kingsnake. The Eastern Black Kingsnake is not venomous at all. I really wish I could be with Coyote Peterson someday. I would like to learn how to tell the difference between male and female snakes.

Coyote Peterson is at San Mateo, California. Coyote Peterson is working with a Wildlife photographer/Reptile Expert Zach Lim. 

They are looking for a Kingsnake. When they found a Kingsnake, it was two and a half feet long. The usual length is 4 feet long.

The reason the Kingsnake is called Kingsnake is that the Kingsnake eats Rattlesnakes and other snakes. I wonder how the Kingsnake kills and eats the Rattlesnake.  Kingsnakes are famous because they have the ability to eat Rattlesnakes. The Kingsnake is not venomous at all.

There are two species of Kingsnakes. One is called California Kingsnake and the other one is called California Mountain Kingsnake. They look different. The California Kingsnake is all black with white spots and the other California Mountain Kingsnake is White Orange and Black. Black rings and orange rings and white rings. and it keeps on going in the pattern of the rest of the body. 

I like Kingsnakes they look so cool because of their pretty colors.
