Two days ago I went to a cooking class with my friends. Noelle's friend Hannah is doing the cooking class. She is a really good cooker. We made this week mac - cheese. It was really good!! Hannah has her class every two times a month. We might have my sister Noelle come to one of her classes but she can teach us how to do art on cakes and Hannah can teach us how to bake and make a cake taste super good! That would be awesome if she could come!!

Here are the ingredients to make the Mac- cheese sauce.

I love making desserts! There are two reasons why I love making desserts. Number one is that it's so much fun to make it! Number two I love to eat it! :) 

After we make the food at Hannah's house we clean up a little bit and then we just talk if we have extra time before my dad picks us up.

Hannah has two dogs. One of the dog's names is Ace and it's a male. And the other dog's name is Scout. Scout is a female and she loves to be under blankets a lot. Scout is a Dachshund. I forgot what type of dog Ace was. But they are really cute! And whenever we have extra time we also play with the dogs. 

Next week we are doing another cooking class. And we are making lasagna. I love lasagna!! But one of my friends does not like lasagna and she does the cooking class with me. So maybe I can have hers if she does not like it!:) I am really excited about it. I can't wait!! 

My sister Noelle got engaged with our friend Cameron. She was so surprised. 

This is how it happened: we were on a walk and my brother Jonathan helped Cameron set up some stuff for the engagement. Jonathan had a drone so he can fly it around the area so when Cameron proposes to Noelle the drone has a camera so it can see them. It looks really good. Cameron's brothers and sisters were there to help too. Zack is Cameron's brother and he hid behind a tree with a go-pro. And Cameron's two sisters were right next to my brother Jonathan videoing on their phone. 

My sister Noelle thought it was for somebody else's romantic place because she saw a rose petal on the ground. So she said to Cameron we should go because somebody else might be here having a romantic time. And then she saw Jonathan. She didn't know he was going to be there. And then she said hey that looks just like Jonathan. And Cameron and I were like "it IS Jonathan!" and we were laughing a little bit. She was like oh really! And then I went over to Jonathan. And Cameron took Noelle over to one part of the hill because there was an arbor. The arbor was decorated. And my brother Jonathan got Snickers the horse that belonged to Noelle's friend Gail. She said you guys can take the horse. So we took the horse and brought it to the hills. It takes a half-hour to get there. 

The horse was all decorated in roses and vines. It was really pretty.

Apparently, it took them a long time to set up all of it.it took them two hours and a half to set all of it up. But it was worth it.

We started the walk there at 4:00 PM. And came back home at 7:30 PM. We were so tired and exhausted. Our feet hurt really bad from walking and getting all of the stuff back from the hill. But when we came back we forgot the halter for the horse, so today we are going to get it.

When we were walking back the horse the sky got dark and then the horse started to get scared. So we called Noelle and she said we are already on our way back so she said she can take care of the horse and she walked it back. And we went with her in the dark. We had flashlights so we can see. A lot of cows were following us and then we scared them away. And we finally made it back.

Coyote Peterson has a pet dog named charlie. And he has a pet tortoise named green bee. I wish I had a dog. And if I did have a dog I would name it Diego. 

Coyote Peterson has a present as big as him and it is for Mario. It is a big crate. He went to go pick Mario up. Mario doesn't know where Coyote Peterson is taking him. He is very excited. When he saw that it was as big as Coyote Peterson, he got even more excited. Then Coyote Peterson gave him some tools to open the present. Mario was already going for the chain saw but Coyote Peterson said we are not using a chain saw because it is very fragile. They only used small tools. They got the top off. And they got the side off. And when Mario saw what was in it, he was so happy! It was a T Rex skull! It was half the size of Coyote Peterson! It looks like it costs a lot of money. 

It looks very cool. And it was very big. I wish I could have a skull like that. I don't know-how Coyote Peterson could afford that. The colors on the present were wrapped in all red with white stripes. The present looks very pretty.
