Piano Playing with my Toes

I got a new exercise paper last week. 

There are these exercises in it:         

  1. Piano Playing: toes go up and down, one at a time.
  2. Tendu and Croix: you Point your foot and she wants us to know what is the difference of it
  3. Demi-Pointe balance: you haft to stand on your toes and balance
  4. Side lifts: you have to lay on your side and lift up your whole waist and legs and make sure that your feet do not touch together

Today I have my ballet practice.
