The Bromeliad Boa Snake Can Constrict Their Prey

There is a new Coyote Peterson video. The video is called."Sneaky Banana Boa".

Here is the video:

Coyote Peterson is in Costa Rica. He is trying to find a Bromeliad Boa snake. When he found the Bromeliad Boa snake he thought it was just a Boa Constrictor snake. But it was a Bromeliad Boa snake. he had never caught one in the wild before. Coyote Peterson said the Bromeliad Boa snake is not venomous at all. He also said that the snake does not bite that much. So he put the Bromeliad Boa snake on his face to show that you don't half to be afraid of it. I Wouldn't do that at all if I were him. Because it still would get me a little scared because I don't want it to bite me at all or go in my ear. It's small enough to go in my ear.

The color of the Bromeliad Boa snake is all brown with black dotes. Near the head, there's a black, line. The colors on the snake are very cool to see.

Coyote Peterson was shaking a lot. He said the reason he was shaking is that he was very excited to see a Bromeliad Boa snake in the wild not because he was afraid of the snake. Coyote Peterson said the Bromeliad Boa snake eats small lizards and small frogs. The snake is a very good balancer when it's up in trees. The Bromeliad Boa snake can constrict their prey. Any insects that come around the snake will be eaten by the snake.

Coyote Peterson said where they get their name Bromeliad Boa snake is from hiding in plants like the Bromeliads. I never knew that Bromeliad were plants.

The females grow a bit larger than the males do. The snake was about two feet in length. Coyote Peterson said the snake was the maximum size.

It's pretty cool that the Bromeliad Boa snake can constrict their prey.

The Rubber Boa Snake Feels Just Like Rubber

There is a new Coyote Peterson video. The video is called."Can a Snake Cure Fear"

Here is the video:

Coyote Peterson is in Redwood Park, California. Coyote Peterson is trying to find a Rubber Boa snake. He found a Rubber Boa snake under a log. It is not venomous at all. Coyote Peterson said the Rubber Boa snakes tail looks just like their head. So let's say an animal sees the snakes tail and it will think it is the head of the snake. He said the Rubber Boa feels just like rubber. The snake sometimes goes into mice burrows and eats baby mice. But if the mother is there than the Rubber Boa with its tail it will use its tail like a boxing glove and it will whap, whap, whap. And it fights off the mother.  The color of the snake is black on its back and its bright orange on the belly side.

The Rubber Boa snake eats baby mice or baby voles. Baby voles look just like mice.

I really wish that I had a snake to take care of. I love snakes so much. When I started watching Coyote Peterson he would do these snake videos and I would always watch them. When he did do snake videos I didn't really care for snakes but know I do because I never knew how cool looking they are with the colors on them and their eyes are very cool to see. The more I watch Coyote Peterson catch snakes the more I really want to catch snakes. I am not afraid of snakes. The fear of snakes is called ophidiophobia.

The Blue Tongue Skink Gives Birth to Live Young

There is a new Coyote Peterson video. The video is called."Blue Tongue Skink".

Here is the video:

Coyote Peterson is in Meandarra Queensland Australia. Coyote Peterson is looking for a Blue Tongue Skink. He is working with two animal specialists, Lockie and Max. The Blue Tongue Skinks are not venomous at all. Coyote Peterson said where they get their name is from their blue tongue. The blue tongue is very big. Coyote Peterson found a Blue Tongue Skink. At first, he thought it was a snake because of their back it's so scally just like a snake. They move like a snake too. Their color is all white with black swerve lines and a light cream ish brown. It looks really cool with their colors.

Their tongue is so blue. The Blue Tongue Skink has very sharp claws. It feeds on little insects and sometimes plants. The Blue Tongue Skink that Coyote Peterson found was little over one foot long.

These skinks are omnivores,

These skinks are ovoviviparous, which means they give birth to live young. Instead of eggs. They give birth to two to six baby skinks at a time.

The males get a bit bigger than females.

Exploring For Cave Salamanders

There is a new Coyote Peterson video. The video is called." Exploring for Cave Creatures".

Here is the video:

Coyote Peterson is in Lewisburg West Virginia.looking for a Cave Salamander. Coyote Peterson said the Cave Salamanders are rare because they are very fragile and you can only find one in a cave. The Cave Salamander can breathe through its skin. The Cave Salamander has a very cool looking color. Their color is all orange with black dots and its pretty. Coyote Peterson said the Cave Salamanders are getting healthy water. Coyote Peterson said it's very dangerous to be in a cave because the cave can collapse down. So Mario is on the outside because if the cave collapses he could go and get help. Only Coyote Peterson and Mark are going in the cave. They had to crawl in the cave. After a while. They could stand up in the cave. The water was up to their ankles. There were lots of spiders all around them so you had to be careful where you put your hand on. What the Cave Salamander eats is baby spiders and Mites and Worms and anything that is crawling in the cave.

A Veiled Chameleon

There is a new Coyote Peterson video. The video is called "Wild Chameleons in Florida?"

Here is the video:

Coyote Peterson is in Florida. Coyote Peterson is with a teenager named David. He is 16 years old. He really wanted to be on one of Coyote Peterson's videos.

He did a video about Coyote Peterson and then Coyote Peterson saw it. So he said he is going to be on one of his videos, David was really excited. They found a Crabspider and Cane Toads and Cuban Tree frogs and geckos and all sorts of different kinds of animals. I wish I was David because he got to go explore with Coyote Peterson. It has been my dream to be with Coyote Peterson. I love animals and catching them and my favorite animal is snakes. And my second is a Cheetah and my third is a turtle.

The best catch of the night was a Veiled Chameleon. I like Chameleons because of their color they can change their color to any color they want. The tongue is two-thirds of the length of the body and uses it to catch little insects.
